1. Nature of donations
Contributions to the Green Futures Initiative are voluntary charitable donations that fund youth training, plastic waste recovery, bag production, and distribution.
2. Receipts
An electronic receipt with a unique reference is issued for every completed donation and sent to the email address you provide.
3. Refunds
- If you made a duplicate payment or were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at info@westernregionalymca.org with your donation reference.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Once funds have been committed to production and distribution, refunds may not be possible; we will discuss alternatives with you.
4. Cancelled or failed payments
If a payment fails or is cancelled at the gateway, no funds are captured and no receipt is issued. You may simply try again.
