- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider (Paystack). We do not store full card or mobile money credentials on our servers.
- Account information: if you create a supporter account, we store your name, email, phone (optional) and a hashed password.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
2. How we use your information
- To process donations and send you a receipt and impact updates.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide supporter care.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data to perform our agreement with you (processing your donation), for our legitimate interests in running the programme, to comply with the law, and (for analytics cookies) on the basis of your consent.
4. Sharing your information
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
Donation and receipt records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No method of transmission is completely secure.
