These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Western Regional YMCA (Green Futures Initiative) website and the donation services offered through it. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. The programme
The Green Futures Initiative enables supporters to sponsor upcycled bags handcrafted by trained young people in Ghana from recovered plastic waste. Sponsorship is a charitable contribution and does not create an entitlement to goods or services.
2. Donations
- All contributions are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise.
- You confirm that any payment method you use is your own and that you are authorised to use it.
- We issue an electronic receipt for every completed donation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, and images) is owned by or licensed to Western Regional YMCA (Green Futures Initiative) and may not be reused without permission.
5. Impact reporting
Impact figures, photographs, and progress updates are provided in good faith and may be aggregated or representative rather than specific to your individual contribution.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify the site or these Terms at any time, and may suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
